We will ensure to provide additional notice to you when we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, such as adding a statement to our website’s homepage.

In our Privacy Policy, “Personal Data” refers to any information that is related to an identified or reasonably identifiable natural person, or as otherwise defined under applicable law. The types of personal data we collect about you depend on your interactions with us and they are defined in more detail below.
PERSONAL DATA YOU PROVIDE DIRECTLY TO US
We collect personal data directly from you when you interact with DASARPS or use our Services. The types of personal data we collect depend on how you interact with us or use our Services. We may collect the following categories of personal data.

(e.g. Type of products or services requested by you or provided by us, order details, amounts charged, payment methods, billing/delivery/shipping information, customization services, and information about any products or services you returned or exchanged with DASARPS).

We collect information when you communicate with us or others regarding our Products and Services, including but not limited to instances such as a request you submit to receive additional information about products or services, interact with our customer service team members, or sign up to receive our e-mails, newsletters or marketing-related messages. We may collect any other information or the content you provide to us, such as when you provide design or product feedback or make any other submissions to us, participate in any of our experimental offerings in our online stores or use other features of our Products/Services that may be offered from time to time, which may require the collection of certain personal data in order to utilize the features. 2. PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT AUTOMATICALLY

We may collect personal data about you from other sources that are mentioned below:

2. Fitness centers and providers of online booking tools when you sign up for and participate in events offered or sponsored by us;
3. Our other customers, including the ones who bring you in as a guest to one of our events, refer you or list you as an emergency contact;

The Services offered by the DASARPS website are not intended for children under the age of 18. DASARPS does not target our Services to children under 18.

ACCESS & DATA PORTABILITY

Also, you may be entitled to request copies of personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and/or request us to transmit this information to another service provider (where technically feasible).
CORRECTION
You may review and modify your account details and profile information by logging into your DASARPS online account at any time. If you cannot update the information yourself, you can also contact our customer care hotline and request that we update your account or profile information on your behalf.
DELETION
In certain jurisdictions, applicable law may entitle you to request deletion of your personal data stored by DASARPS by contacting DASARPS hotline directly. Please note that if you request the erasure of your personal data, we may retain and/or use your personal data to:

LOCATION DATA
When you first launch any of our mobile applications that collect precise location information, you will be asked to consent to the application’s collection of this information. If you initially consent to our collection of this location information, you can subsequently stop the collection of this information at any time by changing the preferences on your mobile device. If you do so, our mobile applications, or certain features thereof, may no longer function properly.
